THD – The New Treatment for Hemorrhoids

A new minimally invasive surgical solution is now available for the removal and treatment of hemorrhoids in Los Angeles. The deflation of the hemorrhoid eliminates the pain experienced during bowel movements, as well as the itching and burning sensations associated with the presence of the hemorrhoid. This surgical solution can be used to treat both internal and external hemorrhoids.

Unlike more extensive operations like the traditional hemorrhoidectomy, the THD procedure is nearly painless. Since no tissue is removed there is no need for multiple sutures or extensive bandaging. The THD procedure is completed in an outpatient center and takes no more than 35 minutes from start to finish.
